We are committed to transparent, upfront pricing. A price quote will be provided before any work begins. The quoted price is valid for the specific service described at the time of the quote. Additional services, unforeseen complications discovered during the work, or changes in scope requested by the customer may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
Any Drain 4950 stands behind the quality of our work. If a drain we have cleaned becomes clogged again within the warranty period specified on your service receipt, we will return and re-clean the affected drain at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific drain and specific type of clog addressed during the original service. It does not cover new clogs caused by different materials, misuse, or structural pipe damage discovered after the original service.
Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 1-800-905-7115 or through our online booking form at anydrain4950.com. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee being applied to future bookings.
Customers agree to provide accurate information when booking a service, including the nature of the plumbing issue and the property address. Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the affected plumbing fixtures and drains. Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the work area prior to the technician’s arrival. Any Drain 4950 is not responsible for damage to items left in the immediate work area during service.
Any Drain 4950 and its technicians will exercise reasonable care and professional standards in performing all services. However, we shall not be held liable for pre-existing conditions in your plumbing system, including but not limited to corroded, deteriorated, or improperly installed pipes that may be damaged during the normal course of drain cleaning. If pre-existing damage is discovered during service, we will inform you before proceeding. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
